Programme Overview
This programme has been developed to grant creatives aged 18+ access to coaching and round-the-clock support for their artistic and entrepreneurial endeavours. Scholars will use the resources to get a business idea or production off the ground while developing industry-standard knowledge and skills for career crafting, personal development, and further education.
Five-Step Process
Step 1 | Application
Complete an online application form that includes your proposal for a project and skillset you wish to develop over the year.

Step 2 | Interview
Shortlisted applicants will attend an interview to discuss their proposal, further explain why they are ideal candidates and ask the interviewer questions.
Step 3 | Welcome
Successful applicants will be crowned members! They will receive a welcome pack, and their first coaching session will mark their start date.
During the introductory coaching session, members will be given timelines, targets and tasks that have been tailored to their project.
Step 4 | Delivery
During each coaching session, members will present their project updates to receive feedback and actionable points to complete in time for the next session. The last quarter of the member's subscription will be used for final edits, publications and project launches. At the end of the programme, members will participate in a podcast-style evaluation to promote their work, reflect on their programme experience and their personal growth.
Step 5 | Completion
Alumni will receive a certificate of completion and free advertising space on Scribble Ink platforms.
