Complete an online application form that includes your proposal for a project and skillset you wish to develop over the year. Use the application guide to help you work out your eligibility and decide which programme tier (Spark Award, Flame Award or Blaze Award) suits your time, project, schedule and budget, as well as your professional and academic goals.

Shortlisted applicants will attend an interview to discuss their proposal, further explain why they are ideal candidates and ask the interviewer questions.

Successful applicants will receive a welcome pack along with some enrolment bits and pieces. Their first coaching session will mark their start date.

Scholars will use their coaching sessions to present their project updates and in exchange, will receive feedback and actionable points to complete in time for the next session. The last quarter of the member's subscription will be used for final edits, publications and project launches. At the end of the programme, members will participate in a podcast-style evaluation to promote their work, reflect on their programme experience and their personal growth.

Alumni will receive a certificate of completion and free advertising space on Scribble Ink platforms.
