The Residency Partnership is designed for organisations seeking a deeper collaboration where Scribble Ink provides direct coaching delivery within their programme environment.
In this model, Nadia works directly with participants, delivering the coaching framework in practice and supporting teams through live programme implementation.
Rather than training internal practitioners, the residency model focuses on hands-on coaching, participant development and programme delivery within the organisation.
Residency partnerships may include:
direct coaching delivery within programmes
embedded support for participant development
facilitation of reflective coaching sessions
participant journey support and goal-setting
collaboration with programme teams to strengthen delivery
contribution to programme evaluation and progression planning
Each residency is developed on a bespoke basis, allowing organisations to shape a partnership that reflects the needs of their venue, programme or community.

By booking, commissioning, or entering into a Scribble Impact Partnership with Scribble Ink, you agree to the terms below.
The Scribble Impact Partnership is designed to support organisations, communities, and individuals through thoughtful, creative, and socially conscious programme delivery.
This may include work connected to:
creative development
coaching and mentoring
education and training
employability and enterprise
research, reflection, and evaluation
inclusion, community engagement, and social impact
Each partnership is shaped around a shared intention, agreed outcomes, and a clear scope of delivery.
Services provided through the Scribble Impact Partnership may include, but are not limited to:
programme design and consultation
one-to-one coaching
group coaching
workshops and masterclasses
talks, facilitation, and training
curriculum or resource development
impact support, reflection, and reporting
written materials, guides, workbooks, and frameworks
The exact scope of work will be confirmed in writing before delivery begins, usually through a proposal, agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, or written email approval.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, fee, or written variation.
Successful partnerships rely on clarity, communication, and shared responsibility.
deliver services with care, professionalism, and integrity
provide agreed support within the boundaries of the package or contract
communicate clearly around timelines, expectations, and delivery
uphold an inclusive, respectful, and ethically grounded approach
provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking
communicate honestly about needs, timelines, and expectations
nominate a clear point of contact where appropriate
support participant communication, attendance, and logistics where relevant
review documents, proposals, and correspondence in a timely manner
A partnership is only confirmed once Scribble Ink has issued written confirmation and, where applicable:
the enquiry process has been completed
the proposal or offer has been accepted
an invoice has been issued
the required deposit or payment has been made
Scribble Ink reserves the right to decline, pause, or postpone a booking if a project is not the right fit, if required information has not been supplied, or if capacity does not allow for high-quality delivery.
All fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Depending on the nature of the partnership, payment may be structured as:
full payment upfront
deposit plus balance
milestone payments
instalment plans
retainer or project-based agreements
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice
work may not begin until payment or deposit has been received
late payments may result in delayed scheduling, paused delivery, or withheld materials
Where instalments are agreed, all payments must still be made on time according to the agreed schedule.
Scribble Ink reserves the right to charge interest or recovery costs on significantly overdue invoices where appropriate.
Where a deposit is required, that deposit secures your slot, planning time, and administrative preparation.
Unless otherwise stated:
deposits are non-refundable
payments already made for work completed are non-refundable
refunds are not provided for unused time, missed sessions, or change of mind after work has begun
If a partner cancels after substantial planning, preparation, or delivery has already taken place, Scribble Ink reserves the right to retain part or all of the fee in proportion to the work completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, written notice must be provided as soon as possible.
Scribble Ink will always try to be reasonable, but rescheduling is subject to availability.
As a general rule:
more notice gives a better chance of rescheduling
short-notice cancellations may be charged in full
repeated rescheduling may result in the booking being treated as cancelled
If participants, team members, or stakeholders are unavailable, this does not automatically entitle the partner to a refund.
If Scribble Ink needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances, a new date will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
Programmes and sessions may be delivered:
online
in person
in hybrid form
Delivery details will be agreed in advance where possible. Scribble Ink reserves the right to make reasonable changes to format, structure, or scheduling where necessary to protect the quality, accessibility, or viability of delivery.
Session times must be respected. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available, and sessions will usually still end at the originally agreed time.
Scribble Ink aims to be generous, thoughtful, and collaborative. However, the partnership fee covers only the work that has been agreed in advance.
This means that additional meetings, substantial revisions, extra feedback, extra documents, or expanded delivery beyond the original agreement may incur an extra charge.
Boundaries are not a lack of care. They are part of what allows the work to remain sustainable, focused, and high quality.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Scribble Ink materials remain the intellectual property of Scribble Ink.
This includes, but is not limited to:
frameworks
programme structures
worksheets
guides
training materials
written copy
branded resources
original exercises and teaching tools
Partners and participants may use these materials for their own internal or personal use only, unless explicit written permission is given for wider reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or resale.
Any unauthorised copying, sharing, repackaging, or commercial use is not permitted.
Where participants create original work during a programme, they retain ownership of their own original creative material.
However, Scribble Ink retains ownership of the frameworks, prompts, teaching methods, exercises, and programme structure used to support that process.
If any co-created output, public-facing commission, or jointly developed resource emerges from a partnership, ownership and usage rights should be agreed separately in writing.
Both parties agree to treat sensitive information with care.
Scribble Ink will not knowingly share confidential information about a partner, participant, organisation, or project unless:
permission has been given
disclosure is required by law
there is a safeguarding, welfare, or serious ethical concern requiring appropriate action
Partners are also expected to respect the confidentiality of Scribble Ink’s methods, materials, pricing, and internal processes.
Any personal data shared with Scribble Ink will be handled with care and used only for purposes relevant to the partnership, such as:
administration
communication
delivery
evaluation
follow-up
Partners are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate permissions to share participant information where relevant.
Both parties are expected to handle data in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
Some Scribble Impact Partnership programmes may include reflection, evaluation, reporting, or impact tracking.
This may involve:
attendance data
feedback forms
testimonial collection
anonymised learning points
progress reflections
end-of-programme summaries
Where this applies, the expectations and format will be agreed in advance.
Scribble Ink may use anonymised insights, general programme learnings, or non-sensitive outcomes for internal development, future proposals, or broader learning, unless otherwise agreed.
As part of an evolving creative, educational, and socially engaged practice, Scribble Ink may occasionally draw on anonymised reflections, themes, or insights from programme delivery to inform research, publications, case studies, or professional development.
No personal or identifying information will be used without appropriate consent.
If a partnership includes any research dimension beyond normal evaluation, this will be made clear in advance.
Scribble Ink is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and constructive working environment.
Partners, participants, and collaborators are expected to engage in ways that are:
respectful
professional
non-discriminatory
non-abusive
mindful of boundaries
Scribble Ink reserves the right to pause or end delivery without refund if behaviour is threatening, discriminatory, repeatedly disruptive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful to the working environment.
Scribble Ink values diverse voices, equitable participation, and thoughtful access.
Reasonable efforts will be made to support access needs where these are communicated in advance. Partners are encouraged to share relevant information early so that delivery can be shaped as appropriately as possible.
Inclusion is a shared responsibility, and all parties are expected to contribute to an environment where people feel respected and able to participate.
Scribble Ink will always aim to deliver services to a high standard. However, Scribble Ink cannot guarantee specific personal, organisational, financial, or commercial outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scribble Ink shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential loss
missed opportunities
loss of profit, reputation, or business
outcomes dependent on participant attendance, implementation, or third-party action
Any liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service or contract.
Scribble Ink will not be held responsible for delays, disruption, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
illness
bereavement
internet or technology failure
transport disruption
extreme weather
venue closure
government restrictions
emergencies or unforeseen events
In such cases, Scribble Ink will aim to communicate promptly and offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
Either party may end the partnership in writing if:
the agreement has been materially breached
payment remains outstanding
communication has broken down to the point that delivery is no longer workable
conduct breaches the values or safety of the working relationship
the project is no longer viable within the agreed scope
Where a partnership is ended early, fees for work already completed, scheduled, or committed may still remain payable.
Scribble Ink may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, systems, or legal and operational needs.
The most current version will always apply to new bookings. For existing contracts, the version in place at the point of agreement will usually apply unless otherwise discussed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The Scribble Impact Partnership is built on collaboration, clarity, creativity, and care.
These terms are here not to make things heavy, but to make things workable. They help protect the time, energy, wellbeing, and expectations of everyone involved, so that the partnership can do what it was designed to do: create meaningful, high-quality work with purpose.
