Consultatory Support, Practitioner Training & Resource Access
Designed for organisations that want to appoint a practitioner and equip them with the tools to deliver a structured Coaching for Work–style approach within their programmes.
Alongside practitioner training, this partnership includes a consultatory element, providing strategic guidance to help organisations strengthen their internal coaching practice and participant support systems.
This option is ideal for teams who want to develop their own in-house coaching capacity while benefiting from external expertise and structured frameworks.
Includes:
One-day practitioner training
Level 3 accreditation on completion
Access to partnership resources and SOP guidance
Consultatory support to help integrate the coaching framework into existing programmes
Two annual coaching checkpoint sessions
Optional venue programme mapping consultation
The Practitioner Partnership provides organisations with a practical framework they can implement internally, helping strengthen programme delivery and improve participant progression outcomes.
On-site Programme Delivery
Embedded Coaching & Programme Delivery
The Residency Partnership is designed for organisations seeking a deeper collaboration where Scribble Ink provides direct coaching delivery within their programme environment.
In this model, Nadia works directly with participants, delivering the coaching framework in practice and supporting teams through live programme implementation.
Rather than training internal practitioners, the residency model focuses on hands-on coaching, participant development and programme delivery within the organisation.
Residency partnerships may include:
direct coaching delivery within programmes
embedded support for participant development
facilitation of reflective coaching sessions
participant journey support and goal-setting
collaboration with programme teams to strengthen delivery
contribution to programme evaluation and progression planning
Each residency is developed on a bespoke basis, allowing organisations to shape a partnership that reflects the needs of their venue, programme or community.
